PKR93 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the PKR93 platform — including the website at pkr93.pro, the mobile app, sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, bingo rooms, promotional offers or any other service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the PKR93 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside the PKR93 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2 Account Registration

To access real-money features on PKR93 — including sports betting, casino games, bingo rooms and promotions — you must register an account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address and a Pakistan mobile number.

• You are permitted to hold only one PKR93 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• The information you provide during registration must be truthful and current. PKR93 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity at any point.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact PKR93 support immediately.
• PKR93 accounts are for personal use only. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or used by anyone other than the registered account holder.

Account registration and use of the platform is available to individuals located in supported regions. It is your responsibility to ensure that using an online gaming platform is permitted under the laws applicable in your specific location.

3 Age Verification

PKR93 is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any part of the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

PKR93 carries out age verification checks as part of the account verification process. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you will be required to submit documentation confirming your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification.

If you are aware of a minor who has accessed the PKR93 platform, please contact support immediately. PKR93 also encourages parents and guardians to use device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to gaming platforms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

PKR93 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and standard debit or credit cards as payment methods.

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically settle immediately and are reflected in your account balance within seconds.
• Raast and bank transfer deposits are processed during normal banking hours and may take slightly longer to appear depending on your bank.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, subject to operational requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in the Withdrawal section of your account. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers.
• All deposits and withdrawals must originate from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.
• PKR93 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard security measure and applies to all accounts.

Deposits made into your PKR93 account are held for gaming purposes. PKR93 does not pay interest on account balances. Unclaimed balances in dormant accounts may be subject to the dormant account policy described in the account management section of the Help Centre.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

PKR93 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL and major international cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before a withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or sections of the platform specified in the promotion. For example, a casino slot bonus may not count towards sports betting wagering requirements unless explicitly stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless PKR93 states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the wagering process.
• PKR93 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus and are actively completing wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any changes that affect them.
• Attempting to exploit promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any form of bonus abuse will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The PKR93 sports betting section covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches and domestic Pakistan cricket fixtures, as well as football, esports and other sports available on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless PKR93 specifically offers a cash-out or edit feature for that market.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency and platform processing time. PKR93 is not responsible for bets that are not accepted due to market closure or event completion before the bet is fully processed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed before a bet is placed.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, PKR93 reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect odds. Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to PKR93's specific sport and market rules, which are available in the Help Centre. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• Bet settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC and other recognised bodies. PKR93's decision on settlement is final.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your PKR93 account balance immediately after settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to the standard verification process.

7 Casino and Bingo Rules

The PKR93 casino section includes slots, live dealer games such as Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack, table games and video poker. The bingo section covers multiple room formats including 90-ball, 75-ball and speed bingo. The following rules apply across all casino and bingo activity.

• All casino games are supplied by third-party game providers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the provider and is available within the game information panel.
• PKR93 is not responsible for technical faults originating within a game provider's system. In the event of a game malfunction, the round will be voided and stakes returned to players' balances.
• Live dealer games are broadcast in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are final once the round concludes. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the session.
• Bingo tickets purchased for a specific room and session are non-refundable once the game has started.
• Progressive jackpot wins in bingo or casino games are subject to verification before payout. Very large wins may require additional identity confirmation before funds are released.
• Attempting to use any software, script or tool to gain an unfair advantage in casino or bingo games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the PKR93 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not registered in your name.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing PKR93 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform while physically located in a region where doing so is not permitted under local laws.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

PKR93 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to, confirmed or suspected prohibited conduct, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, extended account inactivity, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

• If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held securely during the review period.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at PKR93's discretion subject to the outcome of any investigation.
• You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, support can also assist with self-exclusion options that prevent re-registration for a defined period.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly administration fee as stated in the account terms. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

10 Privacy and Data

PKR93 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Your personal information is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and communicate with you about your account and promotions you have opted into.
• PKR93 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data and account records are retained for a minimum period as required by applicable record-keeping obligations and for the resolution of disputes.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data PKR93 holds about you. Requests can be submitted through the customer support channel.

11 Responsible Gaming

PKR93 is committed to promoting a healthy and responsible gaming environment. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only, and it is important that all players manage their gaming activity within their personal financial means and time constraints.

• PKR93 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, network outages, device failures or any technical issue outside of PKR93's direct control.
• PKR93 is not responsible for any decisions you make regarding how you use the platform, including the size or nature of bets placed.
• The platform does not provide financial advice. All gaming activity is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
• In the event of a genuine platform error that results in an incorrect payout — whether too high or too low — PKR93 reserves the right to correct the error once identified. Players who have already withdrawn incorrectly credited funds may be required to return the excess amount.

13 Changes to These Terms

PKR93 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect players' rights or obligations, PKR93 will notify registered account holders via email or an in-platform notification.

Continuing to use the platform after an update has been published and communicated constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
